McCarrens and the Amazing Technicolor Neighborhood (portraits)

Family sessions with toddlers are always the best. It brings out the most endearing glances and poses from the parents and relatives. Kids rock! I had the privilege of documenting the McCarren and Wieder families when they were all in the same state earlier this winter. The McCarrens live in what is the possibly the most colorful neighborhood in the entire state. Every house is painted in bold, vibrant colors that would make any photographer go wild. That, with the snow and the Rocky Mountain backdrop made this shoot super memorable.





The shoot was scheduled the day before this, but there was a nasty blizzard. So we waited a day to get the brilliant blue sky that usually follows.
